Date of Birth: 1937-09-27Born in Cowan, this centreman played three years of junior hockey in the OHA with Toronto Marlboros, Memorial Cup champions in 1956. In 1965 he was a member of Rochester Americans, AHL Calder Cup champions. He played 365 NHL games with Toronto Maple Leafs, Pittsburgh Penguins, Chicago Black Hawks and Oakland Seals, and 408 AHL games with combined career totals of 773 games, 187 goals, 304 assists and 491 points. Wally Boyer played his last year with the 1972-73 WHA Winnipeg Jets.
