MANITOBA HOCKEY HALL OF FAME NOMINATION

Nominations for induction into the Hall of Fame are welcomed from the public. Categories for nomination are player, builder, official, media, special and team. Individuals and teams nominated must have a connection to the province of Manitoba. A nomination form with guidelines for nomination is available for downloading. If you require a printed copy, contact the Hall of Fame at 1-204-837-4159. An independent selection committee reviews the nominations and recommends candidates for induction to the board of directors.

Note: In order for the candidate to be considered for induction in 2013, the signed and completed nomination form must be received at the Hall of Fame office, 652 Foxgrove Avenue.
